Amber Kenny’s debut album’s title track ‘Beautiful Scars’ is a personal reflection on the journey of life. It’s an acknowledgement that you must accept yourself for who you are, rather than live in the past.
Experiencing a health scare, Amber set out to make sense of her world, the people in it and situations that have forever changed her alongside ‘Beautiful Scar’s co-writer, Lyn Bowtell.
With an incredible line up of musicians, including Clare O’Meara, Lloyd Swanton and Lyn Bowtell alongside producers Syd Green, Ben Fink and Amber, ‘Beautiful Scars’ honours the marks in time that make us who we are.
